3 Things You Can Learn from Kenny Chesney to Improve Your Business

On Sunday night I went to the Kenny Chesney concert. Here are 3 things we can learn from Kenny to help grow your business, get more referrals, and recession proof your income
1)Improve Customer Loyalty
There were probably 35,000 fans at the concert, I would venture a large number of them had seen Kenny on more then one occasion. I saw Kenny’s show last year and had such a good time, that I decided to come back again this year.
2)Get Your Customers to Associate Happy, Positive Things to You & Your Brand
Fans of Kenny Chesney associate his music and concerts with the beach, summer, and fun. That is one of main reasons Corona Light sponsors his tour, and his fans keep coming back to see him time and time again. This is also why his record sales are also very high. What can you do that gets your clients to associate positive things to you and your company?
3)Give Your Customers More Then They Expect.
Kenny Chesney always significantly over delivers. On this tour he had 5 big name acts with him, Gary Allen, Sammy Hagar, LeAnn Rimes, and Brooks and Dunn. Then he invited the lead singer from Sugarland up on stage to join him for a song.
How can you find ways to over deliver with your customers, so you customers start talking about you, and give you more referrals?
If you join me in LA for my Connection Mastery Event, you will learn how to increase your profits by improving your customer loyalty. Ken Varga who has acquired over 8 million customers and developed all sorts of unique ways to engage your customers will be there presenting on this topic.
