How to Get Customers To Call, Buy and Beg For More?

I just got done interviewing Ken Varga, author of “How to Get Customers To Call, Buy and Beg For More”. He is one of the best marketers and entrepreneurs I know.
He will be at my Connection Mastery Event September 12-14th in LA.
http://www.
Come and spend some time with him, you will be glad you did.
Here are some of his thoughts about getting more clients, referrals, and increasing the overall profits within your company. He acquired over 8 million customers during his career and started 35 different companies.
He focused on wowing his customers. Little things, like calling his customers and prospects the day before their birthday to be the first one to wish them a happy birthday. Ken had the people who worked for him in the financial services make a list of the 1000 people they wanted as a client.
He would then make sure those people received something in the mail from him every single month. One month it might have been an article he read, another month a free report, another month could have been a holiday card he would send to his clients and the potential prospects. Constant communication was his key.
Make your customers an advocate to help them do the selling for you. When he used to sell insurance to nurses, every time they referred his company business he entered them into a contest for a free trip.
Always be giving…
- Give a book
- Give a free report
- Give great value.
The law of reciprocity will kick in and play to your advantage.

Ideas are a dime a dozen, the people that implement them are priceless. Ken is great at taking action on many of these excellent ideas. How are you doing at taking action on the things that will make a difference in getting you more clients, more sales, and more profits? Please let me know by commenting here on my blog.
