Less Is More….How To Get Better Results
By Larry Benet on Mar 24, 2008 in Power Of 6
Less is More. If you start building more meaningful relationships with less people you will get better results then having a bunch of contacts that you barely know.
Do you know what is most important to your most valued relationships both personally as well as in business? Do you know what you can do to add value to the projects they care most about?
What the Power of 6 is all about is finding just 6 critical relationships, people who are equal to you or better, who can support you in your business efforts.
Imagine you found a 10 million dollar real estate deal that you could get for only 4 million dollars but you needed 1 million dollars in less then 48 hours to get the deal done.
Could your power of 6 band together to help you? Could you send an emergency SOS email and have them all respond back to you and reach out to their networks to see who could help?
Speed and Support are two benefits you will get if you pick the right 6 people to support you. Why don’t you take the next 3 weeks to select and invite your 6 to join you as your Power of 6, and figure out ways to help each other? I guarantee you will get a boost in business in the coming year.

Here are 3 books that I would highly recommend you picking up
Gravitational Marketing

Jimmy Vee, and Travis Miller-these are two marketers that I have reached out to a lot over the past few months for marketing and sales advice. They are fantastic and really creative marketers.
Another person I hold in high regard is Jordan Adler he is the author of Beach Money.
That is the reason he titled the book Beach Money. Go ahead and pick up the book at http://www.beachmoney.com/.
Have you ever met someone and said How Come That Idiots Rich and I’m Not, well my friend Robert Shemin who is a frequent guest on CNN and shares the platform with the likes of Harv Eker, Donald Trump and Tony Robbins wrote a book with that title.
Check it out and discover the Wealth IQ quiz at http://www.robert-shemin.com
Since many of you need good copy written for your projects, here are a couple of resources worth checking out Rachel Young of Big Cheese Marketing you can email her at Ryoung@bigcheesemarketing.com. Another great resource is Chris Haddad, you can email him at chris@haddadink.com.

Thank you for giving this opportunity to access the replay of your call.
I enjoyed hearing concise and practical action steps toward creating better contacts and relationships. This is a no Fluff call while still maintaining a focus on integrity and accountability. I found the call to action and encouraging words are both soothing and inspiring.
As a new work form home entrepreneur, the opportunity to learn a different way of thinking about contacts and relationships is extremely helpful. I have fled from a conventional job in the medical field (x 30 years) to see what lies outside “the box”. I am convinced that your upcoming seminar would be of great benefit to me. The skills you offer are ones that I need.
In the past I showed up and the very needy contacts were there waiting for my service. I loved it. I even procured advanced training and degrees in an attempt to better myself and my position in the market. Finally I faced the fact that removing myself from the treadmill was the only solution.
Thankfully I enjoy learning new information. I’m realizing now just what a giant step it is to remove oneself from the “box”. You have gotten me thinking about skills I need to move forward. Also I see there are people skills I learned that can be transferred but will require honing and further education.
Unfortunately I have a schedule conflict,as I am booked on an Alaskan Cruise that week. I will keep my eyes open for upcoming events now that I better understand the value you offer in your three day venue.
Thanks again, Susan
